Hx2 is Trenton’s preeminent commercial developer, founded by two long-time Trenton residents, David Henderson and John Hatch.

The firm and its principals have spent many years perfecting the art of getting projects done in Trenton. Over the years, the principals have acquired a deep understanding of the Trenton micro-market, and established trust-based relationships with the community and key decision makers.

Clarke Caton Hintz will provide the architecture, planning, urban design and landscape architecture services for the project. Founded in 1979, CCH is a mid-sized, multi-disciplinary firm located in Trenton, specializing in urban adaptive reuse projects. The firm has has completed many projects within the Roebling Redevelopment District, the site of the J.A. Roebling Sons Company Complex where Roebling Center is located, most recently (2016) the Headquarters for the NJ Realtors Association, plus many other major projects in Trenton including Waterfront Park and Roebling Mansion.
